★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place used to be decent and I have no idea what happened. Had to throw away everything I ordered. The scone was so dry and the coffee didn't even taste a little bit like coffee or milk. Maybe the milk was off? It was horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service I have experienced, there is a lady there serving customers and she is very arrogant and rude, no sense of kindness or even a smile! she also had an attitude and it felt like she didn't have time to serve customers - as if i was a bother to her - even though she worked there! really made it a horrible experience. I wish i never went there to get my coffee. I now know for next time not to go there if she is working

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give 0 if possible. Think they mistaken my cappa for hot water and chocolate because that was awful. Worst coffee ever. Do yourself a favour and wait your flight till you find a decent coffee, you will thank me later

Customer Service is horrible, Coffee is just as bad. I wonder if the owners know how bad the coffee and service is here. Ordered a flat white, I have never had a flat white that taste like dirt. How can you serve coffee that it’s disgusting. If you want good coffee, Take an extra minute to walk further down the terminal and buy from Wishbone, great service and coffee there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ $5.80 for a long black, $4.20 for a flat white - go figure. Even the staff were unable to offer an explanation. Most expensive long black I’ve ever had! On a positive staff were friendly and coffee was good. I purchase from here often but I’ve never noticed the price before - will be looking for a new coffee stop
