★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are very friendly and helpful, drop off was lightning fast, though pick-up took a little bit longer. Offers no-excess cover, unless if you are picking up a courtesy car from your insurance. Location is very hidden, right behind the Z petrol station, and shared the entrance with the exit of the petrol station. There's no through fare even for pedestrian. Their cars are of high quality and new. Beware of: "I need to buy new car" syndrome after using one of theirs. :) :)

Booked a car online, suppose to pick up on 28th of Dec. According to the schedule they suppose to close on 5pm and my pick up time was 2pm. Before I went to pick up the car, called them to confirm I will definitly go there. The lady talked to me over the phone they will close at 2 due to holiday hour, which is no where shown on my booking schedule. Anyway, I arrived at 1:59 pm. They have closed. I spent another few minutes to look arround and figured there were nobody in there.
I called their call centre at 10 past 2 try to get help as I need the car urgently. The operator is very rude and not helpfull at all. I have to went to there again next morning coz the mistake they made.
Will not rent nothing again from Hertz anymore.
Looked at my credit card charge this morning, look like over charged me about more than $100, cannt tell for sure coz they had never provide any paperwork to me after I told them to add insurance to my rental.
To Hertz, if you want evidence of time frame i mentioned above, I have photos watermarkes with date n time. Hope you can take care of your management issues before you lose all your customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a happy experience. Paperwork thrust at me. Then keys. Car pointed to and off i scuttled. Didnt dare ask for any advice. At 80+ and a car I'd never driven. Off i went. Fingers crossed, wipers going flat out and indicaters!! ? Opposite to my car. Oh well. We both survived the week. Glad to see the back of Hertz. Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service I've ever experienced in a while. Steven, the manager, came off quite rude and I thought, well he could just be having a bad day today. However, when I first came to pick up the car, he was unfriendly as well. Seems like he doesn't like interacting with people--that I was inconveniencing him by being there. When I first arrived, he clearly saw me but continued to wash one of the cars. Then when he entered the Reception, there was no greeting. Just a gruff, 'Returning the car?" Afterwards, while inspecting the vehicle, he tried to ask questions while I was talking to AA on the phone. I got off the call as soon as I could and apologised to him. He then proceeded to tell me that I was being rude not answering his questions immediately. If he wanted my attention, he could have just let me know he needs to ask me some questions. The younger guy with curly hair provided lovely customer service though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small outlet with less than a dozen cars on site. Looks like it's a part of a workshop business rather than a standalone operation. Not the easiest place to find, it's out the back of the Z petrol station. The location is unusual too, it's not in the middle of town or within walking distance of anywhere, ironically you probably need a car to get there.
However, the guy on the desk was polite and efficient, and they have nice new cars for hire. Pretty simple really.
