★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been coming here since I was a kid and the shop is still run by the same family, but the mum has retired now. 90% of the time the chips are perfect, but occasionally they must use a different supplier or something, because the chips are a thicker cut and not crisp. The fish is usually very good - a bit on the small size, but you can't complain, given the price they charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The chips are worth the visit alone .Chunky but not oily .old school style .I had the cod breaded fillet was a bit on the thin side for my liking .Pineapple fritter batter just ok , pineapple inside juicy and good .Everyone really enjoyed the fish and sausages wrapped nicely in parcels .Perfect dinner meal .Excellent staff .Thankyou .
