★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice rooms, well decorated, comfy bed, large shower, perfect location. It would be 5 starts if the rooms had a better sound proofing. We can hear what the bottom neighbours are talking about. This is a big flaw. Some of the sound-absorbing panels would certainly help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Could not have been happier staying 2 nights here. Super easy entry via the coded doors to our room that was bright and warm...and much bigger than expected. Handy to town and great parking. Samsung TV with streaming services. Fabulous bed that is 10x better than at home! Wonderful bathroom/ensuite. Clearly no expense spared in the fit-out with top notch materials.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a gem! Lovely old building with high ceilings. Restored and furnished to a very high standard. Rooms a very classy and comfortable. Excellent ensuite bathroom, great shower. The room has a microwave and toaster if required. Car parking off road and even outside power to juice up your electric vehicle! Loved our stay here and would definitely stay here next time we visited Hokitika
