Covering Hokitika Gorge, Lake Kaniere, a rain forest walk, the West Coast tree top walk and Punakaiki she guided us, was a mine of local information and just fun to spend time with. I love the tour plan and Rachael is indeed is a lovely person. I would see you again Rachael when I come to Hokitika again, definitely the one and only one I will go to !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are a tramper looking for track relocation services, then these guys provide a fantastic service. And if you have an inReach or other satellite device you can rearrange services to suit the West Coast weather ?
They provide some regular scheduled services, but lots of custom services too. This allowed me to completely change my exit point while sitting on the deck of Top Crawford Hut.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Out family enjoyed an amazing time in Hokitika with special thanks to Rachel and her team at Hokitika Scenic Tours. Rachel went out of her way to source accommodation for our family of 2 adults and 4 young children, at short notice before the Easter period. We traveled via the Tranz Alpine from Chch to Greymouth on arrival in Greymouth Rachel picked us up & drove us to Shantytown, the following days we had another great driver Gary, who our children adored. He was extremely accomodating and went out of his way to make sure we where all good, even supplying bug repellent for us at the Hokitika Gorge walkway & often stoping to show us the history of Hokitika, we really appreciated all that they showed us and I can only recommend getting in touch with this great team of people to have a memorable holiday on the coast ? on our departure from Hokitika we where taken back to Greymouth to board the train, for ourselves and the children it was like saying see you later to a great friend we hope to see again soon. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rachael of Hokitika Scenic Tours was an absolute treat to spend the day with and learn from. She took us to the beautiful lake and treetop walk and was happy to take our photo at every opportunity along with providing some rich history and knowledge of the region and small town of Hokitika. The Gorge ended up being the perfect place for a memorable and intimate proposal to my now Fiance! Thank you the memorable day Rachael!
