★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was very easy to find and they have free parking, the receptionist was good, very friendly. I arrived on time and was seen straight away. I did get a trainee who was amazing. Didn't quite get her name but started with J. She explained everything very well, makes you feel very relaxed and comfortable. I was very pleased with her. In the end she did get her supervisor who was great too. All in all my experience today at this place was very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived in time with no waiting. The staff were awesome and kind? I had a trainee at first but she seemed pretty confident but had gone to get her supervisor to come in and double check her work. Her supervisor was very professional and i found great comfort in her. I have been in here numerous times with no problems at all for pregnancy scans????? HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM

Staff was efficient and friendly.
First scan ever! This was beautiful :-)
Looks can be deceiving, did not look the greatest externally but inside it's hygienic and tidy.

We had our 12 week scan here and the staff were great.
The place I was meant to go to had cancelled and I was a little upset as I had been waiting for this day for weeks!
Horizon had a great Online person to help book me in for that day.
The Sonographer, I think she was a student? She was amazing. Told me everything I needed to know and just made me feel so comfortable.
Would definitely recommend!
Photos and Videos on USB were amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The toilet facilities for Lincoln road is not up to the standard as we aspected…. More there wasn’t any toilet paper ss well…. There should be someone appointed to check the facility coz pregnant women comes and goes and most of them do need to use

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give zero stars to this place. I went there for my growth scan because my regular radiology (Eastmed) would not give me an appointment in level 3 lockdown (unless I had a referral) .
I was scanned by a student first who didn't seem to know what she was looking at on the screen. She made me turn on my side and back twice and still couldn't figure out how to measure baby's stomach.
After a while she told me to stand up and move around to "wake the baby up", left the room and returned with another lady. The other lady scanned me again and now they were both staring at baby's heart trying to figure something out. When I asked them what they were looking at and if everything was okay, they told me that they would ask my midwife to refer me to the hospital to get scanned and get baby's heart checked. When I asked again what needed to be checked they said "the hospital people would know better what they were talking about" and "we just want to be extra cautious".
It freaked me out and gave me so much anxiety!! When my midwife checked the reports, everything was normal in the reports and she couldn't see any reason for them to say those things.
Worst experience ever!!! Would not recommend this place to anyone.Also, they charged $25 extra for 2 snippets, 2 images sent to me by link and 2 small unclear photos given to me.
