โ โ โ โ โ Unfortunately I didn't have a very good experience with this clinic.
I have sent a letter via email with no reply.
The lady who did the scan didn't show any enthusiasm when announcing the gender to us.
All of the photos were blurred so unable to use them.
Was very rushed and wasn't taking any time for us to see the baby move etc, all done within 20 minutes and didn't feel like I was given much information about the scan and the baby.
Came out feeling very disappointed after being so excited to have my 20 week scan.
Won't be back again.

โ โ โ โ โ Had an ultrasound appointment today, walked out in tears before it was even done because the lady who was supposed to do my scan made me feel really uncomfortable and even after I stormed out of the room she continued to follow me and argue with me at reception whilst I was trying to rebook my appointment. The receptionist lady had to ask her to walk away because after I repeatedly told her to go away she stayed there insisting on aggravating me. Quite frankly she is rude and needs to learn people skills. She turned something that was supposed to be exciting for me and turned it into a horrible experience and I hope I never have to deal with her again. I don't even want to give it one star but I will only for the receptionist ladies as they were lovely.

โ โ โ โ โ The receptionist is absolutely rude and not helpful at all! I tried to book a pregnancy ultrasound and she asked if I knew how many weeks I am. She offered me a mid week appointment, the time didn't suit and she didn't offer me any other appointments.

โ โ โ โ โ Have had all of my pregnancy scans here and every single sonographer has gone above and beyond in service. From the receptionists to the way the sonographers cared for me & my baby I can't thank you enough! Have had the best experiences here.

โ โ โ โ โ Had a wonderful experience with Emmet yesterday afternoon. He explained everything on the screen and patiently answered all the questions I raised. Very professional and caring. I would like to give him 10 stars. ? highly recommended!

โ โ โ โ โ I had a wonderful experience today! Everyone was very friendly and the person who was doing my ultrasound "Mike" and his lady assistant were very comforting throughout the appointment. I felt comfortable and relaxed. Not only did they have a good look at me, but also explained and showed everything that was happening on the screen. Great, caring people! I would give more than 5 starts if I could. Thank you :)

โ โ โ โ โ Had a growth scan today and we were really impressed at the service. Lovely atmosphere and clean and well designed space. We were greeted warmly by the receptionist and seen on time. Our scan was done by 'Mike' who had the most amazing bed side manner. He made a real effort to show us all the different parts of baby and explain what we were looking at and was genuinely excited for us which made for a wonderful experience. He even asked us if we'd like to take a video whilst he played the heartbeat and tried to find some images of babies face for us even though that wasn't needed for our scan. Thank you for making it a great experience.

My partner left the appointment inspired to the point of wanting to become a sonographer herself.
