★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I decided to go to House of Travel at the Crossing in Tauranga as I was needing some real relational support to navigate thru the covid turmoil and uncertainty with travel ! I was recommended by lotsa friends that all the consultants were warm and friendly and professional!
With there consultants slashed down to minimum staff, the Consultants have been embracing / empathetic and enabled me with confidence to process options and make wise decisions concerning bookings and cancellations etc !
I’ve left the office uplifted and felt like I was valued and respected as part of the family ! The team have been willing to go the extra mile with communication and back up any time !
With front line info on covid travel disruptions they have followed thru and initiated communication far above their duty and brought clarity every step of the way ??!
Well done team ! I’m hoping one day I can actually get on a plane and they can sing high praises knowing they have empowered us to be reunited with our loved ones overseas once we shake the dust off our feet with this crazy covid saga !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have used House of Travel at The Crossing for a number of years now. Always get professional service but with that friendly warmth that they provide. Nothing is too much trouble, they are always happy to go that extra mile to accommodate you.
We have recently travelled to Queenstown, booked by them, and it was fabulous. Flights were good, hotel was central and extremely good.
Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked with Harley to travel when the transTasman travel bubble opened. When the bubble burst Hayley was very quick to keep us appraised of the situation and options available. Later when all flights were cancelled she secured a flight booking when demand was very high. Hayley kept in contact with us and updated with information as it came to hand. Her help was invaluable during this trip.

Gave me all the latest information regarding covid restrictions into UK, how to apply for MIQ, and how to get back to NZ. Hayley was extremely helpful with up to date info and was on the phone/emailing options for travel and latest travel restrictions.
I have always booked my own flights but after the service provided and cost of tickets i will definitely be using Hayley and the team at House of Travel at The crossing. Thanks

Her communication is also a credit to her.
