★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love that it has next clothing and pumpkin patch. However very expensive....but when have brought things in sale the price has been amazingly cheap. Staff friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ just a warning as at May 2021 if you are doing click and collect at this store with ezibuy be prepared for a loooooonnnnnng wait for your item to arrive. like 2-3 weeks for an in-stock item. I got something shipped from Australia in a quicker timeframe than this!!! glad the click and collect is free at least. even their own customer service team have asked for this warning to be put on the website at the point of sale however they have been ignored.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. I was looking for something in particular went up and asked at the counter they weren't busy. Pointed me to the far corner of the store no help what soever never found what i was looking for. Won't be going back just rude and lazy.

I was so pleased to have got what I ha e been looking for in the last few months. Will definitely shop there again. Even the online orders will arrive quickly. So impressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting 9 days for a refund, got told to fill out a lost form. Am wondering if they have even sent my jacket back yet. Beware you don't get refunds quickly so don't buy. Store policy is ridiculous to say the very least.
