★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made a booking for 2 pedicures today and when I showed up 15 minutes early, I was told by a very confused unsure person that my reservation is not written down or wasn’t written down properly. They had another reservation and expected me to wait for those clients to come and go for their appointment. It was so unprofessional and no one would own up to taking down the details of my appointment. Absolutely shocking and so disappointing. No apologies, I even showed them the call log on my phone. Will never return!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here and felt very uncomfortable. I was told quite aggressively not to pick, cut or bite my nails over and over.
They would talk to the other workers in a different language which made me feel very uncomfortable.
Multiple workers would do my nails and the walk off.
Overall the customer service was very poor.
I was over charged as I hadn’t fully decided on my choice so I was charged for my things.
Not going to come back again.

Myself and my husband have pedicures here, the staff are friendly, welcoming and have a great sense of humour. We always have such fun when we go.
Highly recommend.

Always get the best service even with pedicures and manicures as well. the best nail salon I have been to also very clean and well maintained and I wouldn't go anywhere else, great customer service the ladies are lovely. Professional and friendly. Definetly recommended. 5 stars!!
