People in our family couldn't fit in the seat and sat in the lux seats. Staff politely came to kick us off and when we had told them we couldn't fit, they politely explained that we just needed to pay an extra seat for the inconvenience. Honestly made the entire ordeal a breeze and we didn't have to feel embarrassed. Definitely our go to! Thank you for being so inclusive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lux experience is mixed. There is no "Call Staff" button as outlined on the website, the food is passable but expensive so if you're looking for a night out go to a restaurant first and a movie after, the seats are great and it does feel like a premium experience for the extra cost.
TL;DR The Lux seats are great but stick to the snacks and drinks, not the cooked food

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Watched top gun. Place was clean. Sound and cinema was great. Not to busy. Just booking the tickets at the terminal with the sun glaring on it made it difficult. I should of purchased the tickets online

Heavenly pregnant mother with young child .
No help from young staff who were stood around gossiping.
Frozen drinks machines weren't frozen at all with no signs to indicate they were out of order . Only other option was water .
If it wasn't for my son looking forward to seeing the movie I would of walked out after getting a refund.
Disgusted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We watched "The Duke" at 3.10pm yesterday. Sadly, we were the only movie goers. Please support this theatre.
The ice cream was great. Weirdly, we could only pay by card to buy the movie tickets, but we could pay cash for the ice cream - we were served at the 2 counters by the same staff member.
We couldn't sit in one allocated seat H10, bc the seat was filthy. Please clean it. (I took a photo). The theatre carpets looked lovely and clean, and the toilets were immaculate.
We otherwise thoroughly enjoyed the movie - and once again, please support the theatres.
