★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious organic and filling burgers. Everything melts in your mouth. Service is great and there are seats inside and outside the venue. The prices are worth the value and if you get a meal the aioli is rich and creamy. This store holds up well to the burger fuels based in Sydney.

Great staff and lovely customer service.
Burger- made to perfection. Everything just soothe to ur tastebud. Juicy patty, soft but sturdy bun.. it is finger lickin good!
For muslim friends- burgerfuel’s chicken and beef meat are from Halal’s source.
The team prepared the Meal separately for Muslim customer.
I would suggest u guys to take the non bacon option which are:
-American Muscle Double
-Modifried Thunderbird
The sides are also amazing!
The burgers are so amazingly good till u forgot to take a selfie with?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Burgers everytime been cooked well. Jess is normally on the counter and takes my and my sons order and remembers to give him a knife and fork as missing a finger trouble holding Burger. Very Pleased with the tidyness and the friendly staff all are great its a usual weekely event for us. Thanks Team

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where do I start. Ordered a Baconfire burger, muscle burger and 2 spud fries. Told it would be 10 mins. 30 mins later 2 spud fries arrive limp, cold, been sitting there for who knows how long, bacon backfire with half charcoal black top bun, rubber burnt cold bacon, totally in edible. Complained about fries, girl looked at me like I was strange, I said that I'd seen those fries sitting there for the last 20 mins. Ended up leaving, emailed with photo of charcoal food and no reply. Total rip off, $15 for inedible burger and expensive cold soggy fries. Won't ever go to this branch again. Why have an email feedback when you don't even respond.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty bizarre night last night. Usually have amazing service, but ordered online, it says 20 minutes on site, went in to pick it up and they hadnt event started it, waiting for another 25 minutes in store. Next issue was two workers had their masks at their chin preparing food- boy would touch his hair, pull the mask up and then place his hands on the bread buns to cook, then pull his mask down, so gross! Also while waiting for our order, one worker cooked a whole heap of chips but by the time they got their burgers the chips were cold, a few people came back (one worker did end up just binning like 10 boxes) and some didn’t even have everything they ordered in their bag. Maybe no manager on? There was no guidance for these young kids, no structure or support for how busy it was. Maybe just an off night cause usually it’s awesome.
