★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very satisfied with my LHR sessions here. Staff is highly accommodating and friendly. I loved my experience here. Also have me a very good deal for follow up sessions. Nina, the manager was extremely helpful and always mad sure they were as per my expectations and made sure to make changes as per my suggestions. I loved my sessions with Nina, Charlotte and Sydney.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went for some information and while asking to receptionist she told us to wait and move a side couple times because there “ clients “ were waiting and they were more important than us. She told us that she is so tired and need some time to relax because of us asking her questions about skin treatment, deal and bookings. Then we waited long enough and when she came back did not even acknowledge us at all. And start calling other customer there. such an unprofessional behaviour. Fell so much humiliated today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must say I am extremely impressed with the service and care I've received at The Base.
Laikan is a such an amazing staff member, she is understanding, caring, and goes out of her way to make people feel comfortable.
She also makes sure that people are comfortable before proceeding with laser.
Over the multiple treatments I have had, she has built a rapport that is similar to a friendship. I can't recommend her enough and I'll always go back to her when I need laser done.

Very happy with the results! And the staff are wonderful - always so happy, and helpful, and friendly! Excellent customer service! :D I have and will continue to highly recommend the laser clinics NZ to anyone and everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had bought a lazer hair removal bundle deal in March 2021over the phone. I went into lazer clinic to discuss. I felt my requests were not listened to and decided to press the matter further. Susan Walker contacted me to apologise for the horrid experience and we discussed what moving forward could look like. No one contact from Te Rapa Hamilton staff. Through lockdown, I remembered I had a credit and booked myself an appointment post lockdown and prior to traffic light. Second appointment scheduled and I rang to confirm date to hear a pre-recorded message outlining double vax as the prerequisite for clients under current traffic light system. As a pro choice client where it was explained to me, the prospect of waiting for green light to use remaining credit seems unlikely in my humble opinion with all the variants that keep mutating and the further govt requirements for boosters, ‘just in case measure’. Other suggestions given today as possible solutions by Susan and I requested a refund of the credit. Susan surly reminded me of the no refund policy that I had signed. So ‘Let the buyer beware’ comes into play from rogue businesses like Lazer clinic. It’s a movable feast and Laser Clinic is getting fat on bad service and bundle deals that puts money in there pockets and food on there tables how I see and no refund policy that I have put before the Human Rights Commission.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible service. I bought a bundle of ten treatments for laser hair removal. Got nine treatments done, then on the tenth they said I had already completed my ten appointments. They wouldn’t have a bar of it, so had to pay for the the last appointment. Absolutely dodgy work. STAY CLEAR OF THESE MUPPETS!!
