I will never buy a computer or any products from you guys ever again. I bought an expensive all in one 6 years ago, and the LCD monitor always had issues. You told me you don't have the parts, so you asked me to spend money and get it elsewhere so your technician can repair it. After we changed the part, the issue still came back within a week and you guys won't take any responsibility for it. All I wanted was to fix my screen on my all in one, but you won't get the part for me, and you won't repair it for me. I wasted $1500 trying to get you guys to fix it, and now you came back to me and said there's nothing you can do? You have violated the Consumer Guarantees Act by not offering a solution to repair, and by not remedying a failed repair.

I have used HP printers for many years. It is a very temperamental printer. But very good for graphic designs. I also always had Brother printer simultaneous. HP66F723 (HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 series) printer & Brother MFC - J6910DW Printer. HP ink also very expensive. Recently HP changed there ink cartridge which now carries a different type of chip. The main deference: 1. HP printer properties dose not show borderless sheets. It does not allow you to go to custom to change the sheet size. 2. Something changed on the printing coverage. Previous PDF drawing sheet which I have printed on the same HP printer after the change of Ink cartridge has either shrinks the printable area or words get cut off. Brother MFC printer nothing changes. Worst part of all is getting PH NZ help. 0800 ... complain team is very good. The numbers they give for customer technical support most times do not connected or the person gets cut off when you are talking. They do not bother to come back to you.

I needed a new adapter for my laptop so I made contact with HP. It took a long time to get across the phone that I wanted an adapter and I even sent photos. (18th Jan) An order was set up and it was a lot of rigmarole to get it. Then when it arrived I opened it to see it was the wrong part. I immediately tried to make contact. The rep had gone on annual leave so she had given me 4 other names of managers to email if there were any problems. I emailed them and her again, and no word. When she game back from holiday almost 2 weeks later she told me that there were some in NZ and should come over night. Now it’s been another week since then. I am even considering that I may have been part of a scam, the customer service is so bad. I use this laptop for all of my day to day work and I have lost jobs because of it. If this isn’t a scam, I would be very concerned about your customer service or lack there of. Now 15th of Feb? I am not happy.
