★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appalling. We were taking my autistic grandchild in for their covid shot and specifically requested help when we got there. There was no specific help available and the situation deteriorated until my grandchild had a massive meltdown. If places aren't equipped for special requests like that then don't take the appointment.
