The furniture is cheap, so check it carefully! The place is grubby, I don't think it's ever seen a vacuum or cleaning cloth! Bought a mattress which is good. I think the bigger furniture that needs assembly is what you need to check carefully. A lady before me had been having trouble getting a refund for a table that was missing parts that they then couldn't supply.

Good and best deals ever! Always ifurniture is our favorite. We can get good house holding things with a great choice. Customer service is little reluctant.Once you decide your product. We have to go to counter and order it. Otherwise they have good products.

The worst customer service in New Zealand. Rude, unreliable information and appalling communication. They only got a one star because there’s not a lower rating. The prices are not worth the headache

Very untidy store, staff seem very unfriendly. Some good furniture but just shoved everywhere. We did buy an item but had to take back due to mishandling at their end. They replaced no issue.

EDIT: Update #2: After receiving my couch today (finally) after must dispute on Ifurniture’s part regarding delivery and getting it to me within the two week timeframe (despite paying $445 extra for shipping). The couch is fine some slight pulling away and a mark on the side where the end of the couch is but nothing (thank god) that I need to get in contact with them about (yet). The only thing good about this company is that they go though Mainfreight for shipping who are wonderful and so helpful. If I could give this company a zero star rating I would. They have asked me multiple times via customers service reps over the phone to take my review down however if this review can stop at least one person from buying from this money hungry, rude awful company I would be happy. I will never be purchasing another item from them and you couldn’t even bribe me with a million dollars to do so. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy they are that bad. I received no follow up from any manger or someone from HR as promised, after ringing them about 15 times and kicking up a big fuss they conveniently found a new couch and ottoman in their warehouse for me, when prior to this it was β€œalready delivered to Mainfreight, lost or we have no stock anymore” (some of the excuses and lies given). Their online and over the phone customer service team are appalling, incompetent and rude. Don’t make the same mistake I made by ordering from them. Update #1: After being told I would receive a call from a manager early this morning I HAVE YET AGAIN NOT RECEIVED ANY CONTACT. Now on my 10th call to them and still not being helpful… really let down and disappointment by this organisation absolutely WORST service I have ever received. I have made many calls to them and have not had one single call returned.. absolutely shocking. Original Review: Disgusting service, I purchased a couch online with this company and paid $445 extra for fast shipping for my order to arrive within one to two weeks of order. After serval attempts online to get in contact with them and 7 phone calls where they told me it was the shipping companies fault they finally notified me that my order was no longer in stock. Then I was told it was in stock but the ottoman was not available. I said β€œI don’t care just send me my couch”. They then said they could not do this. I then asked for the demo unit that was in stock and told me I could not have this delivered either however other customers would be able to purchase this. I was declined information to contact HR or a supervisor to lay a formal complaint. Disgusting service, poor communication and when I was told I could have another couch they suggested the cheapest and most disgusting one they had. Worst experience with a company ever.
