β β β β β Don't use this company. It was reliable once upon a time, but not so much recently.
The flowers hardly match up with the online pictures, and mine personally showed up dry and chewed up. Also, late (5pm). But worst of all, the staff have failed to take responsibility for this, refusing to apologize.

β β β β β I tried to order flowers over the phone from these people. The lady answering the phone spoke poor English and kept asking me once I said I would like the send some flowers to #blah she kept saying anything else?? What else would therebe from a florest? Do they now don't take away food or paint houses? Super frustrating I ended up saying so worry and hanging up. I wouldn't bother with phone orders again. If you take phone orders make sure the person on the phone speaks English

β β β β β They kindly stayed open late for me after an urgent scramble to find some flowers as a gift for a friend. The lady was super friendly and offered a really nice bouquet and for a reasonable price. I'll definitely be coming here again.

β β β β β Very nice Flower Arrangement, Free Delivery, Followed Delivery Instructions. Ordered approx 12.30pm and arrived 4.30pmish and were almost identical to the Online Representative Photo. Would .have received a 5 Star if it had had the Bigger stripped Bow on it.
