★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mixed results. Picked up over two hours later than scheduled - yes there was an incident on the bridge but if you arrived at the scheduled time then that wouldn't have been an issue. There's no useful phone number to contact you to query things faster. The phone number you provide in your email says to email you instead when you call it so not really that helpful. Only positive is that the parcel got delivered on time but that was certainly not a guarantee and the only reason you did is because we factored in a delay ourselves.

Super polite and friendly — we offered to help him unload but he insisted he had it covered. It was pouring with rain and he even brought in towel to wipe up his wet footprints afterwards. Would highly recommend!
