A history of innovation

Post Haste has been looking after New Zealand's courier needs for over 40 years now, beginning as Armourguard Security way back in 1977. We were one of the first courier companies to blaze a trail in New Zealand, and have been innovating since the 1970s. Since then, so much has changed, yet at our heart we remain the same – a Kiwi business with strong Kiwi values of doing it right by our customers.

The brand

In 2020 we made the decision to re-fresh the brand logo in an effort to not only refresh the image but to refresh our business attitude by investment in our customers, operations and innovation technology that supports both.

It is important that our brand reflects the major factors that influence our business and the pathway that has been created to achieve our goals.

The fern, an iconic symbol that represents our commitment to New Zealand business and the people that grow them. At Post Haste this two-tone fern with its soft edges is a reflection of our business approach. Kiwi centric, based on the strength of relationships between our customers and ourselves and the road we travel together.

Don’t use this company!!!! They should be run out of town. First parcel damaged ??? No update ,so far no refund, next parcel same order not delivered picked up a week ago from Hamilton no delivery to Beachlands Today told me that NZ couriers have got parcel pass the buck, no delivery from them so far 50 bucks spent on items and delivery x 2 no parcel !!! Help what can I do ???? They need to be made accountable hopeless !!!

Can not understand how this company is still in business. Two packages from the same vendor in Wellington to Auckland exactly one week apart for next day delivery... the first time it was delivered a day late. This time I decided to go and pick it up from the depot (already over a day late so I have given up waiting) and they dont know where it is. So much for shopping on the internet. Wont be dealing with companies that don't offer an alternative courier in future.

Totally Disappointing Service, one for which I am not prepared to receive anything from again. It is not worth the effort. Package was shipped on a Wednesday 15km from where I live. 8:30 am on the Thursday it was in Manuwera/Wiri, just 6km from me and with driver to be delivered. 19:30 came and no package. I checked tracking info and it states Reason Delivery was Unsuccessful ACC - Potential Transit Delay. It's level 3 lockdown the roads are relatively empty. I phone as they open in the morning and am told it was a new driver but would be delivered today. I wait till 16:30 and phone again. I'm told delivery was attempted yesterday but gate was closed (absolute rubbish.), yet it would still be delivered before 19:30. Saturday it is delivered at 14:30. Unbelievably poor service and continuous lies make this one of the worst couriers I have experienced.

one of the most pathetic services I have ever experienced. The driver on our route puts ZERO efforts to ring the bell!! we would be home the whole day and we would be left with a "Card to Call" on the street with heavy foot traffic because the building is secured and has businesses on ground floor. So the cards will never be there for us to go pick up!!!

Very unprofessional. My courier tracking details showing undelivered two times. (Reason : Receiver closed). But it's a business premise and is open from 9 to 6. Even the business name was also written along with the address. So it's not possible delivery can be unsuccessful unless the driver is lazy or doesn't know how to do his job. DRIVER'S NUMBER COURIER 136. It was an urgent courier and the sender did Overnight delivery on Thursday so I think for post haste it's 3-4 days = overnight.

All I can say the feedbacks of people underneath mine are far by true! The worst courier service I have ever dealt with! Just pathetic , doesn't even deserve a rating! Ordered an item on 28th, got dispatched 2 days later, I'm now on the 14th day yet not received my parcel. On top of that, I have been chasing every day and the lady told me courier driver attempted to deliver and left courier ticket in mailbox! I have cameras installed and have not seen any poste haste driver turn up to my doorstep nor have I received any tickets in mailbox!!! Followed up on Friday, was told by the lady she will call back. Obviously she didn't! Now I am still waiting for an update. THEY ARE SO BAD. ALL COMPANIES NEED TO STOP USING THEM!!

Lost both of my items and feeding with the stories without any action to resolve problem. The seller unfortunately chose this company and sadly looks like I have to cancel whole subscription with the company only because they chosen to work with such a useless and unprofessional couriers
