★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courier company in the world. They continually lie about where a parcel is. You are told it "is on a van" and then go on the website to track the item and it says "in depot". They then admit it is in the depot. It has taken 6 days to receive an item from Remuera to Howick. The lies we were told is "it is on the van and will be there before 1pm" then "it will be there before 3pm", then "it will be there by 5.30pm". Then we are told you won't be getting the item until Monday (on a Friday). The item is glasses for an elderly neighbour who cannot see without them. They just don't care and they continually lie about where the parcel is, then they advise "someone will call you back". Nobody ever called back. They do not care about their customers. We had another item that was put in a driver's van over a long weekend that was never delivered that took a week to arrive from the North Shore. So it left the North Shore on a Tuesday and got delivered the following Monday. What a total joke!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im giving 2 stars because you do pick up the phone. Its been 10 days to get a package from west auckland to east auckland. I was generally confident it would actually arrive for the first week, now im not so sure. Im just wondering if there is a driver or wether it was attched to a ballooon and you are hoping the prevailing nor'wester will deliver it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time using international courier post has put me off using their service in the future altogether. The parcel that I'm sending oversea never made it to the depot let alone out of NZ. How absolutely ridiculous!!!
We actually went back to the postal branch that we initially gave the parcel to, we even drive all the way to Auckland Courier Post Depot asking for help, but we were tossed back and forth like a yo-yo. Both parties said that they can not help us. Express international department basically just said sorry we can't find your parcel. Now they just want us to make a claim and get it over and done with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parcel only took two days to arrive in Auckland from the U.S and has been sitting in this depot for 18 days now and I assume i'll be waiting much longer. Every two days the tracking will say that the parcel will be delivered that day but obviously to avail. If the 'updates' are legitimate, the parcel has been bouncing between East Tamaki and North Harbour for two weeks, makes zero sense. As advised by everybody else here; avoid this company like the plague, absolutely useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst delivery company. Don't deserve any star. Misplaced my package after3 days. No one knows where it is. Waiting 15mns to talk to them, and the same repetitive answer. Wake up guys!

Our very urgent parcel stucks in this company. No replies, no call nothing only they said no staff. Ok we understand but we can pickup but they have no information about that. I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN FROM THEM.
