★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My delightful partner and I have eaten at Indian Alley (usually via UberEats) at least 20 times. It is, hands-down, the best curry in Wellington. Flavourful, fragrant and generous, every dish we've tried has been a delight. We're converted evangelicals and would recommend it to anyone. The decor is also tasteful and service for dining in attentive.

Dined again Mid November & had same dishes above but included the Marlibari fish, which was absolutely devine melt in your mouth.
Once again would like to mention the authentic decor & really like glass and additional drink ware, also manager remembered us from 5mths previously & where we sat, will sure to frequent Indian alley everytime where're in WGTN in the future
Edit :Been in WGTN for 4 nights, Indian alley has also provided the best table service, meal checks etc etc out of the establishments we've wined and Dined at

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this restaurant- definitely the best Indian in the city! The food is so good and the staff are really friendly. This is our new local and it's definitely one of our favourite restaurants in Wellington. The only thing I'd say is the spice levels run a little low (ordering hot often comes out closer to medium in my opinion) so if you like chili don't be afraid of ordering higher than usual. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything tastes so fresh, quality and authentic. These are the richest and creamiest curries! The staff is very nice, accommodating and efficient. Everything you see in the pictures (two curries, one starter, meat platter, non-alcoholic drink, beer and roti) cost us $100 and it was worth it as the portions were quite generous.
