take me almost half hour wait for them sort everything out... they still can't find the transaction. even i have showed them on my online banking statements.
anyway. awful experience customer service.
wouldn't come back again...
PLEASE BE THOUGHTFUL WHEN YOU CHOOSING THEIR PRODUCT. follow up customer service is bad. most likely end up with nothing......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service support that I have ever encountered. Slow or no contact, sold an item to me, took my money, then told me that they were sold out. Took a month to sort it out. Ignored my requests, didn't understand why I was upset. Terrible, terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star. Bought some seaweed chips and they said $3.50 on them. Goes up to the counter to buy them and she says $6.99 NEARLY DOUBLE THE PRICE. I didnt realise until after I bought them and walked out of the shop that I had just been swindled out of me money ? for some mediocre average seaweed chips too! I will never be going back. Thanks alot Japan home mart
