Attentive without being intrusive, quick responses to any problems at the property, and the staff have all been great to deal with every time my flatmates and I needed anything. Cannot recommend highly enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We highly recommend Robyn and the team @ Real Property Management. They have taken a lot of the hassle out of owning rental property for us. Prompt and professional when handling any issues as they arise (and they do arise, as any landlord will tell you!)
They keep us fully informed of requirements and changes with Govt regulations, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived in NZ for many years, this is the worst agency that I ever had to deal with. They just take your money and will not have any responsibility at all. I had many issues with the property and other tenants who were staying there, RealPM did nothing to resolve issues when they are supposed. Way behind communication and professionalism compared many other agencies I have dealt with in the past.

In the short time Robyn has been my property manager I have been blown away by how helpful she has been. She’s always keeping me up to date with tradie’s progress and will chase them up if things aren’t getting done.
