Nick, Jen and Neal have more than 45 years combined experience in the industry, and are absolutely delighted to have acquired the business from Malcolm and Lesley. As Malcolm says, “We founded Jag Kitchens as a family business, and we are delighted to be ‘keeping it in the family’ under the new ownership and operation of Nick, Jen and Neal.”
The Jag Kitchens team are an integral part of the kitchen design experience for our clients. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service and happy with the end result when the kitchen was installed. Unfortunately the kitchen was not sealed correctly and we now have boards which have swelled and Jag will not take responsibility. Kitchen is only 2 years old and supposed to have a 10 year warranty and Jag want us to pay for the repairs! Not a good look.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our benchtop replaced. The quality of the workmanship was good and the people we dealt with were clear with their communication. What let them down was the liason with the benchtop installers. What should have been completed in 1 week took 3 weeks.

It was installed on the days specified by professionals and WOW did it look fabulous! From the moment I met my designer, she drove the whole project, I didnt even know how to begin, although I had ideas, together we formulated a creative design that is beyond beautiful, its exceptional.
The entire project was structured, layered, curated and edited, to produce a space that caters for family and individual tastes.
To Christines credit, she showed a depth of design and understanding I had not been able to meet with previous kitchen teams and really delivered, as a family we are very appreciative.

As part of an extensive renovation the kitchen is the only thing that went without a hitch, and that's with dates being constantly shifted as the project morphed. Christine was marvelous, as were all the associated tradespeople, and a special mention goes to the benchtop guy who measured three times just to make sure - it is perfect!
