★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great chicken, nice and moist, but their distribution method is terrible. Instead of working on the order number they just call out what the order is. Problem is people then jump in front of you and take your meal because they ordered the same thing after you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely loved the service, I think this was the best service I have ever had. As soon as we walked in the staffs were friendly and introduced us to the new menu. Overall I'd definitely would have loved to come back here as everyone were absolutely amazing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chicken was cooked perfect and the sauces are tasty. The boneless tenders are big so they are good value. Honey soy is really tasty but beware the buffalo sauce is spicy!. Price a bit expensive so 4 stars for that reason.

I ordered the vegetarian burger meal and wicked burger meal with the deep fried cauliflower.
My vegetarian burger was cold, the vege patty was soggy and had way to much mayo, the cheese was slapped on without being melted it just tasted like countdown packet cheese. My chips in both meals were cold and tasted old. Also didn’t get the sauce in either meals for my chips… looked like it was just all on the burgers.
The wicked burger meal also had way to much sauce on it and was also soggy, the buns weren’t toasted or steamed or nothing the just came out of the packet and cut but also tasted old.
The deep fried cauliflower tasted like old fish batter. Basically the entire meal they gave me just tasted like they had old food and wanted to get rid of it. The sad part was the whole lot was $52 and all we got was bad food and soggy buns. I couldn’t go back and say something I was so mad. I new it would have just made a big scene and I didn’t want to do that.
Extremely disappointed with this place… i had a man come out (probably the owner/cook) and tell me about the menu, he made it sound like the food could be worth it and had me purchase out of curiosity but I really wish I didn’t now.

I could’ve gone to Burger Fuel… I wanted to leave after looking at the menu, but one of the guys there (probs the owner?) was explaining the menu to me so I just decided to order something. It was first time trying them out but I will never come back. The thickness of the chicken inside is so underwhelming and it kinda ruined my day. 2 stars, not 1 star cause all the staff was friendly at least. I don’t normally leave reviews, but had to let other people know.
