★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The online click and collect service was poorly organised. Although they have sent you the sms message asking you to confirm your arrival time, you still need to wait in a long cue for around 40 minutes showing the staff the code. The whole idea of the confirmation is just a waste of time. The organisation of the collecting process was also badly managed. The staff member had to walk in and out of the store to give out individual collection. It took more than one hour to get my item.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disgusting that you would charge an extra $20 for oversized click and collect fee for an item that costs $59 considering the assembled measurements are only 40cm x 40cm x 45cm. How big can the packaged box be? Disgusted that you would still do this during a lockdown when we have no option but to order click and collect and we are in tough financial times.

purchase laptops for my 2 kids, the help we received in what was the best one too purchase was outstanding, the sales lady Te Ara had great product knowledge and explained everything too us.
A total asset too your company.
We have since put in a laptop for a cost of repair,which I have been given price.
I finally agreed to get it done ,as the laptop was brand new,My son sat on the screen after 2 days..
It took me along time too finally get it onto store, and it took agers for us too touch base as I work graveyard shift, so I sleep during day. Only too be informed I had too pay first before it could go back too the repairer.That was really hard as I get paid monthly..
The laptop has been in store for 3 4 months now, as we were effected by the latest,longest lockdown.
I have rang the store numerous times, too nobody ever answers the phone.
So frustrating, because this pretty much needs too be sorted out.
Because I live in Drury, I have been calling to get verification of repair, so I can get help too get repair sorted,
Greatly disappointed, in no replies nor answer phone.too leave a message..I have emailed several times also, only to be told I need too contact the store directly.
This by far is the worst customer service, I have ever dealt with, ever.
Hugely frustrated and disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very impressive service provided by Naomi from warehouse botany. I was looking for a product which was on clearance and wasn't displayed on the selves. It was in the boxes stored above. I spend an hour trying to find it and most of the staff said it might have been sold and flicked me off. Naomi went out of her way to check the boxes which was stored up on the selves. She got the Color wrong so I had to take it back to her to find the right one. She didn't hesitate to help me. I am very pleased with her service hence I'll be now shoping at the Botany branch more often even if it's out of my way. Thanks Noami for your assistance.

A$$HOL3 that keeps leaving a big mess in the hotwheels section, I keep cleaning it up. To the warehouse* you're welcome ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT USE CLICK AND COLLECT! Absolute farce. Said my 4 products were in stock at Botany Downs however turned out that they had to source from 4 different stores and took over a month to get full order/4 individual trips to store..... . This is totally normal for their system apparently- if it says product IS in stock they can just mean ANYWHERE IN NEW ZEALAND/they still have to ship it to the shop where you want to collect from!!! So what is the point of "checking availability"on your website if this means nothing ....

This review should have been done last year around Xmas even though we’ve shopped in here multiple times showed us that if you look like a N!**a shopping in this store with your kids be prepared to be followed down every toy isle
Funny enough didn’t seem to say anything when we paid for everything that came to well over $400…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks boring and comparatively bit darker inside at late night. This is a department store which is opened till midnight. As it is located in a town center, onsite parking is available. it is a full warehouse. By full I meant has got everything. A Warehouse stationary, gardening, some dry goods (groceries), clothes etc. Customer service was fair enough.
