★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time I've been in there store since they moved to the new premises, and quite frankly the customer service was superb. I asked a technical question from one of the staff who went to the computer looked it up for me and gave me an accurate and honest answer. If this is the standard that the store is going to continue with I will be back for certain I was very impressed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No stars - received my worst discrimination ever from your silverdale store. Was not permitted to enter as I do not wear a mask (have an exemption) and I am vaccine free. I was however healthy and not a risk of spreading the virus. This is disgusting behaviour in our modern society, I will not be shopping at Jaycar ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jaycar is regularly unable to supply Advertised Products in their Catalogue and also make it extremely difficult to find out in the Catalogue when the Specials are avail. ie. On the front Cover it says MAY DEALS, with no dates, so a Normal Person would assume it's for the WHOLE of May. Eventually being found, It is very difficult to notice in extremely small print, written sideways (as if it is a Magazine Code Number only) the Actual dates for the Sale Items. So frustrating and deceiving.

Despite having had a less than favorable experience in the past, when change is noticeably evident it certainly deserves recognition and I want to sinerely thank the store manager for his professionalism, light hearted humor and patience showen last night. I had over calculated my spend and was declined a number of times before he worked with me to reduce my purchase down item by item. This can be painful at the best of times let alone at closing time. Thank you for making my shop a jaycar an enjoyable experience.
