Irena and Emma made the process so easy and and were so lovely to talk to, very helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend Jessica bridal for the ultimate bridal experience. You won't find better dresses or service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Jessica Bridal over the weekend and was absolutely blown away by their service, their range of beautiful dresses and the way in which they operate their store. I had the pleasure of having Grace as my consultant, and she completely exceeded my expectations! She very quickly understood the style I was after and she ultimately picked out my dream dress for me, which I absolutely cannot wait to wear! She was incredibly knowledgeable and gave great advice, and I felt confident throughout the appointment that I was in the best hands.
I actually went to 2 other bridal stores on the same day, and I have to say that the service and attentiveness I experienced at Jessica Bridal, as well as the quality of their dresses, was simply unparalleled! Do yourselves a favour and book an appointment there if you are looking for the ultimate dress shopping experience in Auckland ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Saturday I went to Jessica Couture in New Market and was helped by Irena, the whole experience was amazing I felt like I had Irena’s full attention she really took the time to listen to my vision and I could tell that she was on the same understanding as me as everything she offered was the exact look I was going for and the dress she offered me was the one I ended up going with ! ? recommend booking an appointment with their wonderful stylists!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately same experience as another in the review comments. My dress was couriered to me (at my expense) rolled up in a bag and the Jessica Bridal team didn't follow up once to check that it arrived or if I was able to get it tailored in time for my event. I was reassured several times that the dress would arrive with time to tailor, only to have it arrive a week before our flight to our wedding destination. Even though they knew time was of the essence, they wouldn't ship the dress until they received final payment and the shipping fee, despite having a contract and my cc info on file to charge.
The customer service stopped as soon as I made final payment, no follow ups, no empathy, zero support. I would not recommend this company.

She spent 2 and a half hours helping me pick out my favourite dresses and then letting me try all the favourites on over and over again before I decided on *the one*. I cannot rave highly enough about her, honestly recommend her to anyone going to Jessica Couture Bridal. She made the experience of buying my wedding dress the absolute best I could have ever asked for. Thank you so much for going above and beyond for us ?

Their dress fitters guide you, with their experience, to find the dress you envisioned and their tailors make such expert alterations to ensure your dress fits perfectly.

I tried on the most beautiful selection of dresses that I had found before my appointment on their website, highly recommend doing this to get the most out of the time you have. Grace was quickly able to run around the store and get them ready for me to try. Grace made me feel comfortable, beautiful and like a real bride! Thank you so much Grace and Jessica Couture :)
