Everything was perfectly displayed and the single staff member in the.shop acknowledged me straight away even though she was serving someone else, and let me know they had other stock she could show me. The services was friendly and helpful but not pushy which was nice. Love my earrings. Thank you .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After being gifted one of the free bangles by my partner and discovering it was miles too big, I was left upset and disappointed by the two Pandora stores in West Auckland that put in no effort to assist me as the promotion ended the day before. The both told me they don't have any stock, no stores have stock and even if they did they wouldn't be able to swap it for me. After my horrible experience with those stores I decided to give the New Market store a call and they were incredible! They took the time to check if they had the size, saved the last one for me, let me try it on and exchanged it for me. They really went over and beyond to assist me, even though it is a bit of a drive, I will definitely feel happier shopping in there. Thank you so much to the lovely ladies in there, I was so upset about the bangle and your kindness and helpfulness has made my day :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for my birthday and Vicky helped me and my mum out. She helped us get the best of the promotion and was super friendly, very patient as I tried on/looked at a bunch of stuff. She was honestly the best and made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free!
Someone give her a bonus or a promotion because that’s probably the best customer service I’ve had in a long time (plus the store was really busy at the time and she made sure we didn’t feel rushed at all). I got a lot of stuff and she helped me choose the best options!
