Will choose AirNZ in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ so a man grabbed my bag with my two passports and various laptop and phone chargers at the eatery I am basing myself at to work... and ran. Jetstar USELESS. Embassy told me to rock up to Jetstar to get them to liaise with the AUSTRALIAN BORDER OPERATIONS CONTROL folk can let me back in as I do have my ID (wallet) and phone with a photo of my PP.
Of course call centre debacles - embassy tells me to call JETSTAR to liaise with border control, I explain very clearly everything and am on hold for 45 minutes and the geniuses say 'call the embassy'
I will go to airport tomorrow and see if JETSTAR local airport staff can make that request on my behalf

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never will o fly with them again! Got a meal on board, at the start of the flight and I didn’t even get it till we were landing.
My bag was 0.7 kg over and got charge 65 dollars, wasn’t even aloud to but more items on.
Also so many hidden fees!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jetstar waits for our family of 4 to que up to board, then weighs purses with carryons, charges $260 for "overage" (only on return flight no check on going flight), and says "if you don't pay you can't fly." Worst airline ever - avoid at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have experience the worst with Jetstar this weekend, I travel for work and my co-worker got left out of our first flight and have to end up buying another flight in a different company since there was no more flights on the day.
When landed I notice they open my bag to look for batteries since they were 2 AA inside a microphone. ( this was advice prior dropping the luggage ). Today we got to the airport and went to drop the luggage, I again advised about the batteries and this time the lady on the counter said it all good, when we landed my luggage wasn’t on the flight!!! My keys to my car, clothes and my personal stuff!! How come I didn’t get advice about this??? Now the personal in the airport tell me to wait until 2pm??? Do you think I don’t have nothing else to do? This is abuse of my personal time, no one has told me anything no even sorry, no solution, no nothing!! The worst service, now I understand why people prefer air nz.
I do not recommend Jetstar
