I am due to fly out before the pendant was to be ready so I popped in to let them know I would be back in a few weeks and I met Joy. Joy is aptly named - I was distressed and trying to just sort things out before we fly and Joy offered to get the pendant done for me quickly. Her kindness to someone who might have been just a little batty was something to see. Her gentle kind conversation had me in tears just because she was so kind. I picked the pendant up and it is perfect! Nothing less than utterly perfect - the work is lovely! But the kindness shown was priceless. Thank you.

Fantastic old fashioned service from modern very cool people. And Karen is just a honey always. Highly recommend these guys, their jewellery (it is exquisite & very good value comparatively) & their service. Top marks!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I searched far and wide for a reputable, well trusted jeweler. I was then pointed in the direction of John Taylor Jewellers.
I had a 3pc set that is so special to me, i wanted to ensure it was going to a place that would care for it as i would. Then i met the lovely Joy, she gave me the assurance i needed and was not afraid to get a second opinion from Israel on my ring size etc (i was going up 6 sizes!).
Ive picked my ring back up and i am just over the moon. It looks even better than what i thought it would. Thank you so much! I highly recommend John Taylor Jewellers. It was well worth the drive from Wellington!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely jeweller’s! One of the ladies went out of her way a while back to engrave a bracelet for me. And I had brought my sons watch there to get some links taken out. The whole store is beautifully presented and everyone is kind.
Will be back for shopping, when I can and I’ll recommend to all my friends that this is the place to go to get shiny and sparkly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appaling experience. Payed for and ordered a ring from them. They took 3.5 weeks, and we had to go in for them to tell us that they couldnt order it in. We asked for a refund, and how long the refund would take. The lady Michelle was very rude and said "that depends on how much attitude your going to give me". Because we asked how long the refund would take. Absolutely do not recommend this business to anybody!!!!!
