β β β β β Staff at Queenstown were great! But never knew the cars weren't at the airport. Have to call for a shuttle, don't know if I never read the small print, or if this detail is hidden? Took an hour from exiting the terminal to driving away. When trying to make contact with the guys in Queenstown to see if they could resolve a query, it took 26 minutes on the phone, on hold most of the time to the 0800 in Auckland and made no progress. Returning was the same, back to the depot, and then a lift back to the airport. Despite how great the guys were, I will revert to the suppliers with cars based at the airport in future

β β β β β This is the second time we have used Snap Rentals in Queenstown, and each time we have had amazing service. The team are very friendly and helpful. They have a fast pick up shuttle to and from the airport not too far. We had left our jacket in the back of one of the rentals and only realised when we got to the airport, the shuttle driver drove all the way back and brought it back to us, now thats what I call a great service. I would definitely recommend using this company to any one and I will be using them again next time we are in Queenstown. 10/10 Keep up the good work guys :)

β β β β β Amazing service albeit they were two down with Covid on a very busy morning. Very friendly and obliging guys who couldnβt have done enough for us. We even got an upgrade which suited us really well. A good experience we would defiantly use this company again and would definitely use their insurance company as well.

β β β β β Good cars. Good service but had to wait at the airport for over half hour to be picked up by shuttle to be taken to the rental place.
Although they have no office or parking at the actual airport they still charge a premium location fee which is unreasonable.

β β β β β Horrible experience in February 2020. We had to wait for our car for 2,5 hours outside under the burning sun with a child. The 2 British ladies were extremely rude with us because we dared to say that it takes too much time just to pick up the car, didnβt explain why it took so long and refused to talk and provide the BOOKED car after yelling at me, so we had to call to the main office to sort things out. We booked a car beforehand and the price was different from what said on the website and confirmation email and what those 2 rude staff members told us to pay. We also booked a car seat for the child and it took them another half an hour to bring it. All child seats are in the dirty container nearby. They could hardly open the container and said to βchoose anyβ. ALL the car seats were so dirty as if someone vomited on them, so it was hard to choose. This how our trip to Queenstown started. DO NOT RECOMMEND. AWFUL STAFF WHO HAS NO IDEA WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. The first company I tell my friends who are travelling to Queenstown not to use is Snap Rentals. THE STAFF SNAP AT CUSTOMERS

β β β β β At the busiest time of the year, I could find any rental for a reasonable price - except for snap. Full cover, zero excess, gave peace of mind.
Because of full cover, pick up and drop off was quick & easy - also due to the diligent staff, who at this busy time were still incredibly friendly and helpful. (Even the newbie staff was onto it, and friendly)
They did forget the access card for the airport shuttle drop off, but no biggie!

β β β β β I was really happy with my rental. I opted for the "Mistery" car and received a less than 5 yrs old car. Exceeded my expectations. Good price, easy pickup, easy airport transfer. Tip: this is the cheapest company in terms of Full cover insurance at $24 per day. Others will change $30 to $40 a day for no-deposit rentals. Highly recommended ?

β β β β β Snap Rentals do not have pick up at Queenstown Airport site but offer free and easy shuttle transport to where they are based (approx. 5 mins away). And thank you for fun and easy car hire. Honestly you guys were were so laid back and relaxed and still were professional throughout. I really appreciated the Hybrid car too (crazily fuel efficient). Would definitely use again , but please keep that easy going attitude as long as possible :) Don't end up like those bigger car hire companies! with no customer service at all!
