★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Felt so unwelcomed today. The Indian girl has some serious attitude problem. I walked in today at 5.45pm and asked her what time are you guys closing? She talks walking past me saying in 10mins i have to close my till. I still walked in to try on the pants and when i went to pay she was just rude, no thank you nothing. Just got a disgusted look. No wonder Just Jeans is always empty when i walk past

The staff are always friendly and helpful to the older generation who are rapidly becoming strangers to the styles of the new jeans. The staff guide quickly to the older styles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok i don't like giving negative reviews but just jeans have not left an option. I purchased 2 knitwears on 13th july 2019 out of which one colour does not have my size available so the counter lady said your size will be delivered to your place in a week or so. I normally don't opt for delivery but this time i did. I was even ready to pay extra for safe delivery but she said shipping is covered under the cost. It has been 2 weeks and nothing turned up so, i went to the store in my lunch break to check, waited 20 minutes and they said you can go we will update you today on call which they forgot so have to call again when they informed the product was delivered 17th july as per freight company and they left on the doorstep unsigned. I have not received anything. I do order a lot online and there is always someone home to recive. JJ is asking me to deal with freight company when no information about delivery was provided to me when the order was placed. I would have never gone for an unsafe delivery. I paid for the product and i dont have it and they are saying its not there responsibility.
Will never buy anything from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both ladies greeted me but when I needed help, they were just walking passed me many times. I waited and asked again for help, but now they got busy with other customers. So I waited a bit more and finally gave up. I grabbed whatever I wanted to try on and eventually went to pay at the counter. Now they were not busy but still didn't ask if I wanted help. This is the definition of bad servce or no service even. These jeans will last me a couple of years, so I won't be back until then or ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing response from the 2 ladies here today, at lunchtime. Went in the store after getting item details and pricing off their website. Asked for the same products in store and was told the prices on their website differ from what's in store. So each pair of jeans would be $119.00each as opposed to $69.00each online on sale. Crazy, as it's the same product. So left the shop went down the mall and purchased from their competitors and ended up spending $250.00 at that store. Suggest staff are trained so they have selling skills so they can talk customers into buying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there recently and found the two staff on very friendly. They were very patient with me and my Dad and found him the different sizes he needed to see which size he actually is (it's been so many years) and then helped to find the range of colours available in that size, brand and style for Dad to choose from.
They asked us how we were doing throughout the process, but were not hounding us every step of the way and gave us time alone to try things on and think.

Two staff standing behind counter chatting about their social lives ignoring other customers and myself.
Customer service did not exist... in fact I think I may have been invisible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were so lovely today! I went in looking for shorts that they had packed up because they were clearance. The staff went out of their way to find them for me even though they were busy with their Black Friday sale. Most places would have taken the easy route and said they didn’t have them. Thanks so much A+++
