★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service Macpac, you should be ashamed of yourselves. Your staff and management should know the consumer law and not try to charge more for replacing a faulty item bought on Monday 6 days ago, because your specials changed on Thursday. We are dedicated customers of Macpac and are really ashamed of you. We are customers that will stand up for our rights and know the law. I wonder how many more of your customers you are fleecing, because they don't know their rights. Poor show Macpac, poor show.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went looking for a tramping pack at Macpac today and Maelle was so helpful!! She explained every pack to me and once I had picked one I liked, she showed me every feature, how to use the various pockets and straps, tips and tricks she had learnt from her own experiences, and answered any and all questions I had. Long story short, I went home with the coolest pack ever and a new motivation to go hiking, all thanks to the lovely Maelle!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly my comments are about Macpac brand using PBT Couriers to deliver their products. Unless you know this, how could you think to switch courier company's? The Macpac product itself is fine but you've not teamed with a quality firm to ensure your product gets to the customer in a speedy immaculate condition. PBT Couriers isn't speedy or thorough, read their reviews, they're terrible. Also what customer's want is live tracking like Courier Post offers and executes. Also they don't use care and just throw packages over fences, what if there's a dog that'll chew up my expensive jacket? PBT Couriers will harm any company who uses them because their service, follow-up and customer communication is just so bad! Personally, I will find out which courier company retailers use when I shop online and I won't purchase from them unless I know they don't use certain reckless couriers such as PBT Couriers. Pls consider your brand, Macpac and your customers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a regular at this store for good reason. My favourite person is the French lady, Mel. She LOVES the Macpac products she sells, but, more importantly, knows each product inside and out. Her knowledge of their design, material, life span, specific purpose and practical application is excellent. She speaks from experience as she uses the products she sells herself, often going off the beaten tracks that we all use and into the wilds alone. I have just bought my fourth Macpac back pack and appreciate the time she spent with me setting up and fitting the harness system, explaining the pack fabric and design plus alternative options.
