They refused to do refund or replacement and staff on phone asked me to come back at level 2???
While customer service at newmarket asked me to reoder the stuff and get refund on my next visit.End up spending $400 with two visits to store.
Staff dont know what refund policy they are following at this stage.

Got a faulty set of braces last week and the online team swiftly helped get me a replacement too, very impressed with them both.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I shopped at 2 Connors, a Barkers and Hannah's today. Hallensteins botany was the first to ask me for a mask all day, I was told.its required so I left. Wake up Covid is a cold. Everyone else is moving on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I returned my suit (Blazer, Shirt, Pants, Tie, Suit Bag and Receipt) to change my shirt and blazer size after phoning Brothers Botany . I dropped it off at the desk and the lady working said she would get in contact with her manager about changing the size. She said I can leave my suit bag including everything inside and my receipt. I was told to come back next week, we went through another lockdown during that week so I couldn’t return. I returned 2 weeks later after dropping off my suit bag and when I went in I spoke to the manager and she said they don’t have my suit. I tried to reason with the manager but she took me as a joke thinking I was trying to steal a suit. I payed $200 for the suit and Brothers Botany lost it. I feel robbed, as this is theft. I now have just purchased another suit for $250 for my next ball. This is very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, helpful and friendly. Keep up the great atmosphere:) I shopped here for my son and most items of clothing we have purchased have been a good quality so far and have lasted. I'm sure we will be back to purchase more. I quite like the fun socks they have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Hallenstein to have a look and left with 2 pairs of pants and some cool socks. Not only that, Lorenzo is an absolute legend and a 5-Star customer service salesman. I had never met this guy before and he made my day. This shop is not close to my place but I will probably be back. Thanks!
