★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never had such bad customer service in my life. I have worked in retail before in a sports store and i would be absolutley ashamed to work in this store. Staff were rude, asked if they could ring other stores to see if they had another size. She rang 2 stores and said they didnt have it. I asked if she could try a couple more as was willing to travel to which she replied ive already rung two i cant be bothered ringing all the stores. I am not a picky customer and never leave reviews but i felt this was a very bad experience. On a good note they had some nice stuff and selection but will never go there again id rather purchase from rebel sport

But the 2 men's working, not helpful, even thou it was nearly closing time, (how's telling me that you's don't have the socks in store helpful, yet I saw them online and you's could've checked with other Stirling sports stores if they had them in stock, can you remember i did mention I really needed Red socks & if you's had any other socks in Red. I was in there for abit, looking at the so called SALE rack - that one of the Rack's wasn't even Sale items - misleading advertising!) That whole 15mins I was in the store, one of you's could've of come & asked if I needed help with anything else, it's called 'Customer service' and why wasn't my receipt givin with my purchase? * Just putting it out there, how I felt in your store. I have shopped at other Stirling sports store's and never felt or had this bad of an experience. (if I didn't need items i purchase for my daughter's Netball this weekend, I would've left without buying anything). But yehh, work on that customer service...(I shopped in store 17/5/22)
