★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What can I say about this dealership?... Let’s start with never judge a book by its cover shall we. I went in today looking for a vehicle that I’ve had my eye on for a while now. Pervious owned a similar model but wanting a upgrade. I may be young but I’ve probably owed more than a dozen cars in my life, we’ll presented and wanting to do business. But not with Just Right Cars Penrose. I was greeted by Paul walking into this dealership, went straight to the point on which car I was wanting to purchase and had done my research, when it came to talking about a test drive (who wouldn’t want to test drive a car their about to purchase?) He said to me, when are you wanting to purchase the vehicle, I answered well sometime this week. He said to me, “well why don’t you come and drive it when your serious about buying the vehicle.” I looked at him and said, I’m wanting to test drive it today. (Didn’t say it once had to say it twice) Little that he knew. I had cash with myself and if I found the right deal I’d proceed with the vehicle I liked n the spot, going further he took my licence and upon test drive, jumped in the passenger seat. I didn’t say anything just carried on. With every way Paul at Just Right Cars greeted me to having a basic conversation. You are racist buddy, just because I’m brown skinned and am young never judge someone. Will not be doing business with you ever! Take your money elsewhere folks. Not worth the muck around. Don’t know how to treat customer. And I wouldn’t hand anyone $12,000 if they talked to me like that.

I never offered a price upon viewing the vehicle. And what does people not being born in nz purchasing a vehicle got to do with this? Haha.
Only took you a year to reply to my review mate get your sh*t straight your straight rude and rasist bud.
Don’t deal with these fellas - hard out waste of time. Goodbye

I arrived at 5:30pm at 10/02 - both your trademe account and google state you are open till 6pm.
However it was the poor attitude (seemed to stereotype me) coupled with above statement from what I believe was the owner. Which is lead to the 1 star.
I was ready to purchase the car for the full amount - however, I wont be coming back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having recently traded my vehicle with Just Right Cars,I felt compelled to give a review of my experience.
Firstly,all my dealings were with Paul,but they refer to all the staff.
Paul was pleasant,courteous and reasonable with trade and new vehicle price.Another thing to consider is that their O.R.C's are somehow less than a lot of the dealers.
My new vehicle was well presented and groomed immaculately inside.
I have absolutely no complaints.
My final comment would have to be, this is a small business,run by Kiwis,for Kiwis.These are the people we need to seek out and support.

And the their service was great. They were very helpful and very professional. Overall, just a great buying experience. Highly recommended!
