My son brought our car to this shop to get a quote on repair to the driver's seat car power window that wont go back up. The mechanic said the cost would be around $280++ so I told my son to let the mechanic know that will have to think about the cost (its quite a lot of money there!), and to help wind the window up manually. My son wait for 15 minutes no one attended to him so he went back. Photo of the condition of work left by the mechanic attached!
KA motors, I have been going to your shop for so many years now but as of late your services have been very bad. Several times i managed to get much cheaper service from else where with better customer service from you.
I can tell you for sure, you lost a customer here!

Fantastic work not only did you replace the windscreen perfectly but the replacement of the rear brake light is amazing you fixed all the pushed in parts and made it look brand new again. This is Amazing work over and above what I was expecting and I thought I would need to go to a panal shop next but no as you've simply fixed it all I am amazed delighted and extremely impressed. You have made my day I highly recommend your service to all. If you need a warrant of fitness go and see Steve there he is such a professional and a delight to do business with and they do go the extra mile which is almost unheard of these days. Not just a good a fantastic job. Thanks again you guys are incredible and with the use of your lone cars so easy to get things fixed for me you've taken the hard outta work. See you next time I need help.

โ โ โ โ โ Well if you're wanting to be ripped off, visit these guys.
I used to go there, until they quoted me for a job and when I went to pickup they tried to charge me nearly 500 more. My vehicle started leaking oil after they finished the work.
Never been back. They have been on Target too.
