★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here on our way north. Was expecting a room with sea view got a balcony area to the side of the room that you could see the sea from. Room had nice furnishings but the rest of the facilities were not up to standard. Overall the hotel had nice seatings areas and a nice courtyard will not be back

Comfortable bed but very limited extras. Nice courtyard outlook but lacking in maintenance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had email the Boutique on Saturday requesting a gift voucher as i have purchased one in the past for a friends 50th. I didn't hear back from them so followed up the next day. No one answered the ph so i left a message. The gentleman that return my call told me i cant have this until Wednesday which doesn't work because the key person is away. I informed him that that wont work as i need it today. He then proceeded to inform me people dont come through the web requesting vouchers on their email portal?? I informed him that maybe being a 4 star hotel that he should of replied to my email, it shouldn't take me an email and two phone calls to follow this up. Im guessing he is the owner who is rude and this establishment does not offer great customer service he was very curt, abrupt didn't take feedback too well and proceeded to hang up on me. Look out!!!
i totally dont recommend this place at all with a arrogant owner that has no respect for customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service, food was awesome. Tyler the front of house was superb. She recognized us from the previous day and also remembered our coffee order. The Almond Croissants were the best in the world.
