★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptionally clean room with seaview and private balcony. Comfy bed. Holiday like relaxed atmosphere. Expect to be treated like a guest rather than a customer - the managers Shane and Sandy are super friendly and down to earth. Free WiFi, secure parking. Bonus: there's a BBQ unit at the back - we were able to cook what we caught from our fishing tour. New world is just within walking distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our stay in Kaikoura wouldn't be superb if it wasn't for this place. We had a good suite (quiet, private and with sea and mountain views for a friendly price). The room was decently clean.
The new managers were lovely and accommodating to our needs. They gave us milk and chocolate as a welcome gift.
There is a bbq grill free to use and plenty of parking. It is close to New World and other amenities. Will definitely recommend you to stay here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful hosts who made our stay during our Easter break a very memorable experience. Excellent room service!
We requested a quite room and were given one. We were also initially booked for 4 nights. Missed our Ferry and did a last minute phone based update about a delay in our arrival. We were given a refund even without asking!
The beds are super-sized and real comfy. Our room had a nice view of the Kaikoura Range. The toiletries were top-notch. The New World was just a small walk away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely wonderful. Big, clean rooms with a TV and kitchenette. Bathroom has a spacious shower, bed is very comfortable. Heater kept us cozy all night. Check-in was super quick, there are complimentary snacks and tea/coffee. Would 100% recommend and come back!
