★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place, highly recommend. Very accommodating lady at reception considering we turned up without booking. She put our small van and our mate and his van on site 22a for 2 nights. Clean and tidy. Will be back again for a break away. Greatfull thanks from Karen,Ken and Roger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived with 11 metre plus caravan. Girl at reception was amazing. You can go here or here so armed with a map off we went. Eventually took up 2 sites so did not have to unhook the beast. Back to reception to say where we were and pay. Nothing a bother. So nice. Definitely a keeper staff member. Well done. You made my day. Excellent facilities

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well maintained. All amenities very clean and tidy as are the camping sites. Great location handy to town and beach with great views of the mountains. Free hot-tub was great after a day walking around the local tourist attractions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a great spot to get a good night's sleep. The freight train came by each night between 1 and 2 am. Our cabin was 5 m away from the track. It was like the train was passing through the cabin.
The cabin did not feel that clean. We also had a warps nest sharing the the deck area.
Toilets and kitchen were great. The pool was nice. But the noise really puts me off ever going back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved my stay!! We stayed in our bus on the powered site with our 6month old. The facilities were immaculate ?especially the hot tub and the family bathroom. We were checked in by Simon who was super friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great stay Top10 team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kaikoura Top 10 Holiday Park had such a great view, we lived in one of the motel rooms, The night I slept in the Kaikoura Top 10 Holiday park was the best nights sleep I had during the Holiday. I slept on the top bunk and if I moved I wouldn't make any noises because of how stiff the bunk was. You can pretty much see the beautiful mountain view anywhere inside the park. The park also has a swimming pool with a baby pool next to it so people of all ages can swim in the pools. The park is very close to shops and other fun places to visit in Kaikoura which makes living in the Holiday Park much more efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in the new 2 bed units. Just perfect. Such a comfortable couch after a long drive. Everything you could want including washer abd dryer and your own little deck. The hosts were great and so are the facilities. Thank you so much!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ close to beach, well maintained and supper friendly staff. the pool is nice to cool off in on hot days when the beach is rough. and the spa is perfect ending of the day. best place we found along the SH1 going north. shops, petrol, and things to do all close by. room enough on our powered site, and plenty of mature grown bushes to create privacy, and kept the wind away. all the cabins looked new or recently done up, and games in games room provided great entertainment. all needed covid restrictions in place and managed well.
