Safe oyster catcher three chicks are nearly as big as their parents and have been raised over the summer.
Nice swimming as there is a clear boat lane by the ramp going out to sea.
3 picnic tables and lots of shade at the south end.
ICE creams at shop in middle of the beach are very nice and quickly served.
Parking is available and 2 force parks for disabled parking.
Sand is golden and water is very blue.
Walks several ways around the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Spot to jump on and boat and cruise around the wonderful sights of Able Tasman National Park.
Also a good spot to grab a Kayak and have a paddle up the coast.
A few nice spots to eat nearby and lots of tour operators who can help you find a perfect fit trip for you.
You can also hire mountain bikes and enjoy the wonderful mountain bike tracks in the area.
