The staff who packed my Donburi didn't fill it to the brim like the used to. Furthermore kutsubi used to do vouchers but discontinued them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Katsubi place I’ve ever been to. mostly just rice and didn’t even fill it up and paid $20 for it. The meat was hard to separate looked like it had been there for a long time or reheated. Just like the rest of the bad reviews here go chartwell there so much more fresh and filling too don’t waste your time here
