★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get Ice creams didn't realise that would mean getting peasant service. The young lady serving looked so grumpy. Wanted a coke float said the machine was broken then opted for a raspberry... only to find out the woman serving beside only three customers later gets a frozen coke....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually pretty good here, the service, the staff but this morning and yesterday and what a disappointment. Yesterday the young lady at the counter was so rude, didn't even smile or look up. When I asked where her name badge was "oh it's at home" and when I asked for her name she mumbled something starting with S but you should of seen the smile and politeness then, should be doing this all the time! This morning a very tall scruffy guy walks past the tills got a drink and walked past again. His uniform and manner was a disgrace. What a shame only a couple staff can ruin everybody else's hard work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here to grab breakfast this morning and it took HALF AN HOUR for it to be made, no exaggeration. When it finally came out, no apology was made by the crew trainer handing out the orders. Disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager/ tuesday night shift runner (female caucasian, dyed red hair and grey shirt) is brilliant. I ordered few minutes from closing and I screwed up my order. She fixed it without hassle and was very polite even though it was my mistake. Yoza

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went last Tuesday. Firstly ordered on a machine that didn't print receipt. Then my food was ready someone else grabbed it took it away then came back and said they got the wrong meal. Then they re called my number trying to give me this meal that was fingered by another customer. I said I don't want that one as it's unhygienic (covid) then the lady said oh there is going to be a bit of a wait as have to make other orders first so I said oh thats ok can I just have my money back please.. then she had to go and get the manager who then was rude as F!! Didn't acknowledge me what so ever and basically threw the money at me when I wanted it back on the card. Just rude, then they kept staring at us when we were eating. Pretty sure managers aren't meant to be horrible.
