★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed a while back was like i was being followed with all the cameras placed everywhere which i understand for security reasons.Nice premises but need to install some kind of cooling system within rooms . Had plumbing issues and was told that ill have to pay the repairs back to owner after staying not even two weeks . Owner needs to get off his high horse and not judge that every maori or polynesian are the same . I know some people have proven otherwise BUT I DONT GO OUT OF MY WAY TO WRECK PROPERTY THAT DOESNT BELONG TO ME OR CAUSE BODILY HARM TO OTHERS .Thats just ratshit thinking . HENCE my review

The staff here are awesome they have great communication skills . The people and the staff here are lovely. Respectful. And very considerate of others.
Everybody here is treated fairly.. Its always upto date with the hygiene here daily is always a 10/10 I enjoy my stay here my partner and I and we love the staff and beautiful people we've met here too..
I highly recommend this to all family and friends who need a retreat away or here on business to stay at the
Home stay village manukau it's suitable for all amnemities and welcoming to all visiting working or needing accommodation in the South of Auckland xxx

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abosulteley shocking its more of a rehab staff are from corrections and there's no reception area your greeted thru a window and there are too many rules. It's a boarding house not motel and some rooms have no TV

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give it a rating of 2 reason being no air-conditioning in the room. Only one entrance i understand covid restrictions however you should be able to access not only front door access but backdoor as well where the carparks located as it is card activated. Towels and they provide them but don't wash them for the amount of money being paid for the room Towels and linen should be included
