★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi Tom Brady here. Just had an ungodly experience with one of your elderly staff member. I approached her after I found a rank lettuce in my potato and gravy small size and when I politely asked her for a replacement, she got on all fours and barked aggressively towards my private region. She then stood up and poked and prodded at my tenderloins. After all this, she proceeded to call me out in front of a jewish family, claiming I had not been tested for AIDS. Once I got home, I had a private message from her through my DM’s asking what my plans were tonight. Yes I did take her up on this offer, but will not do it again as the deed was worse than my mothers funeral. See you next time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is slow. Like, wait ten minutes at the drive thru menu slow. Staff have no customer service skills, kitchen also is very slow. I can understand why Maccas next door is bustling while this location is empty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would never dare give a KFC one star but this is probably the worst location in Chch. Hire some more staff, please. Minimum
wait here is always 10 minutes if no one is before you and then the wait time is exponential once you are waiting behind other customers — both in drive through and dine in. I second what another guy said about the click & collect — they won’t have it ready on time. They can be better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Out of chicken and no sense of punctuality or manners towards customer. Went there this morning at 9am. The shop wasn't open as advertised. I rang the doorbell and stood there for 5 minutes yet no one came to the door. I went back to the car and waited for another few minutes and saw sign appear out of nowhere saying "Dine-In is closed". I went through the drive through and asked for some hot and spice boneless pieces. They told me they were out of those pieces. I just drove through and went to Wild Bean Cafe at a BP to spend money . It's ridiculous how a chicken and chips restaurant can't provide the things they advertise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely appalling dine in service. While we were there watching them ignore customers at the till and routinely prioritise the drive through was beyond frustrating. I can understand if you are under staffed currently. Though I cannot understand why you would wait until your restaurant is full before you stop admittance to it. A bit of forethought and leadership goes a long way. I would do anything to avoid this venue in future if you value your time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst visit ever...I left with nothing after the member of staff chose not to acknowledge me waiting in the queue of myself and one other. After he left she still ignored me while she went out the back to get a sign to tape up to the door. Coming back I thought I'd then place an order but no she went out to get a bunch of keys ?
Going back over to the door was when I called quits and stated 'customer service was pretty poor'. I have sent same message to management and they will apparently follow up. I can state also that there are not a lot of negative reviews done by me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered online for click n collect thinking it would be safer and quicker, chose the pickup time. They weren't busy. Came ten minutes early and the meal was ready ten minutes after the pick up time. Would have been quicker to go there and order manually.
Won't be doing this again and staff didn't even care.
Disappointed with the click and collect experience.
