★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As long as you like greasy floors, dirty tables and noisey horns and alarms of the restaurant cooking, go for it. You can then enjoy lukewarm chicken with you second choice of drink, they’ll most likely have run out of the drink that you wanted. Even for KFC this is bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a zinger box, 3pcs quarter box and popcorn chicken snack box. Zinger box was meant to have 2 pieces of wicked wings , fries, a burger and mash potatoes.
it only came with one original wing and fries no burger and only one mash potato between the boxes no spoon or napkins , popcorn chicken was cold.
Worst part is they didn’t give a receipt so we can’t go back or make a complaint on their website.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I eat KFC at the most once per 2 months. It's been years since I visited this store. I was quite disappointed by the appearance of the store from the drive through window. As you can see there is food on the floor, food on the counter and lastly, seeing three cars in front of us stop their cars and run back to the window for what appeared to be mistakes in their orders.
On a positive note, the person taking our order was very professional. The person who presented the food was apologetic about the delay in preparing the order. They were busy and we totally understood the delay.
However, no serviettes in our order, The chicken seemed to not have the coating fully covering the chicken. The gravey seemed to be lumpy.
Could I suggest hiring older staff. Older people tend to be more aware of cleanliness and despite being busy, older people will maintain a high standard.
This is the first time I've complained about an experience with KFC. I do hope it's a one off experience and it could just be that.
Too the wonderful staff that were taking our order and handing our order. You were fantastic! Polite and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there last night and there was four people that came in around the same time as us that got the wrong order. We ordered the ultimate date meal and received the wrong burger also waited half an hour for the food. This place needs to hire more staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered two 3 piece quarter packs, were not given the chips, no spoons or napkins. On top of that, all 3 pieces of chicken were tiny and falling apart and the man giving our food at the drive thru window had his back to us the whole time and didn't say a word.
Terrible service and supply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drive through Order. Ordered tower burger combo (no lettuce), zinger burger combo, wicked lunch and two pieces of chicken. Halfway home realized the zinger burger was a completly different burger. Went back to store. Realized the tower burger also had lettuce and one of the pieces of chicken I was given was basically a piece of skin on a bone. The girl on counter was good and sorted everything (would have been a one star review otherwise). Went home to eat. None of the chips had any salt. The tower burger lettuce had been scraped off removing sauce. And the quality of the rest of food wasn't much better

They advertised Hot n spicy chicken on huge sign board at the entrance and then again on the menu board at the drive through and when we went to order hot and spicy the guy said we don't have hot and spicy....um then why false advertise. Never going here again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fourth time I've ordered online been given a pick up time and my order was still not ready. Spoke to the staff three times about my order and was told it was being sorted. An hour and ten minutes later I walked out with my order. Enough is enough KFC sort it out this is ridiculously. Definitely would recommend anybody considering KFC for dinner to go elsewhere.
