I ordered and paid online delivery through KFC frankton, the order was neither delivered or refunded . It has been almost 3 weeks of non stop emailing , constantly ringing and even in-store visits and it has been impossible to seek help on this. I've never had any trouble like this with any other takeaway/delivery service in the country . Fkn shocking

Wow, not at all surprised by the many, many complaints made about KFCs nationwide. I've made my feelings of total dissatisfaction with their New Plymouth store known many times but to absolutely no avail! Disgusting & unprofessional behaviour from such a large, profitable company that is so flippant & arrogant. ????

I am disappointed regularly with the service at Waihi KFC as you ask for two pieces of thigh chicken and get charged for it but end up getting something else. I asked for a small potatoe and gravey a large coldslaw 2x thighs and 1x drum stick. I got all but the the 2 thighs I got 2 drumsticks and one thigh. Sometimes they don't have it but like tonight I still paid for I didn't get coming to $16.00

I so understand when things go wrong, it happens in every business. The additional strain of Covid and massive customer demands on outlets must be horrendous. Talking to someone able to listen and make right is the key. I left calling until Monday early morning. Getting through on the phone Saturday night during lockdown, would have taken forever. I’m very impressed with the prompt and transparent response from my local KFC, Lower Hutt. Dave, the Store Manager, listened to my issues, and made things right. Tonight we got our original order delivered, perfectly, (on time, hot and complete). THANKYOU KFC, New Zealand

i bought a 26 wicked wing pack from lower Hutt 2 days ago i tried getting thru but no one would answer: the way this company has changed there contact details is shameful ill not be buying kfc again cause its impossible to get any resolve to customer satisfaction what a joke of an outfit just as bad as burger king

KFC Birkenhead 15/12/21 around 6pm: Had a great experience. Except until later that night when the stomach started feeling off. Next day around 9am started diarrheaing non stop until about 1pm then topped off at around 2pm with dry retching. Feeling better today but my voice sounds like gravel. Sorry to my special customers that have to put up with this gravel voice :(

Placed an order from the Pakuranga Branch on Pakuranga Road which incorporated 3 x 3 piece quarter packs and uplifted from the drive thru. The chicken had obviously been sitting in the warmer unit for some considerable time, if not from the day prior. It had turned a dark brown colour, shrunken and had completely dried out rendering it unfit for human consumption. The bread rolls appeared as they had been jammed in a door and were completely squashed with both items having to be discarded. A call was placed with head office who are investigating. A call was also placed directly with the store concerned and spoke to Pardelp, (Store Manager for the day). His attitude would be classified as less than desirable and totally unacceptable, which in itself lead to a further complaint to head office. Be warned, check your order, even if you are in the drive thru or boycott this particular store if necessary as they do not really give a toss. Will NOT be going back. I would have scored this store a minus star rating if able to do so, but could not.

We ordered a 20 piece bucket Thursday night and want to raise our concerns with the poor quality of food and delivery. We have tried calling our local store, Cameron Road Tauranga several times. We left our name and number with no reply. We can not go into the store to talk about a refund. There is drive through and online orders only. This is such a frustrating process and the poorest customer service. I would like to arrange for a full refund with someone but have been totally ghosted. The order was 23 minutes late past the latest delivery time frame/window and the food was cold and the chicken tasted like chemical. Our mouths became sore after sampling some of the chicken and we ended up with sores on our tongue. We couldn't eat any of our meal and it was a complete waste of $70. A lot of money for no value whatsoever. Have left several.ohone messages and even contacted them through FB messenger. Please respond how I can proceed with a refund from your company? Will never return to KFC again.
