★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst. Check your order they are sure to forget something. Also the staff can be very rude. The food quality is also bad often dry. Stay clear of kfc pukekohe. They don't care anymore and serve pure garbage with a frown.

Pukekohe KFC are always good, food is usually always nice and hot and Chicken is cooked just right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery arrives quickly, much faster than the estimate, but food is always just average. Many many times our order has been missing things or things substituted. Mini donut balls are not as good as they sound.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bougth from a drive thru but i forgot 1 order and it just a Gravy for my daugther, they cannot consider that they want me to go back to the long line, unlike in Mcdonald the are very considerable. Especially the lady at the drive thru of KFC is very rude she dont have a good costumer service manner. im giving then 0% rating 1 Star. very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is fine but inside was filthy! They had food all over every table, stains on the walls and the chairs were ripped or sticky with stains!!. And the service was quite slow but Overall I just recommend going through the drive through

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the dirtiest KFC places I’ve been into. You literally slide on the floor it’s so greasy. The window sills are full of dead flies and there are plenty of live ones inside. The food counter windows where the chicken is stored were also filthy. I ate the food hope I’m not poisoned never to return ! Cleaning is clearly not on this stores daily agenda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The chicken here was lovely juicy and tender. The chips ...well kfc chips are always good. The wait was longish but hey everywhere is a waiting game nowadays. Staff were lovely even though she was busy the lady at the window still wished us a lovely evening. Got a 10 piece bucket meal... 2 chips potato and gravy a drink 10 pieces of chicken roughly $40
