Ordered 3 snack lunches for three grown adults on ANZAC Day. I understand KFC staff have the freedom to provide mixed chicken portions to any customer, however getting 3 ridiculously small drumsticks DID seem unreasonable and deliberate to me.
I demand my money back. What an IRONY the staff are protesting for their living wages but at the same time are delivering petty meal portion size. Hope this is simply a one-off incident!!! This is deemed a rip-off to any customer. WILL NEVER EVER return, PERIOD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad and horrible service, the girl taking order was rude. I ordered 1 slider meal box, came to car and opened the pack and found only 1 slider inside. Please check if everything you have ordered is there before you leave the place. Waste of money and time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The slowest fast food you will ever order.... Every time. The chicken is usually fresh but the service is extremely slow. This is because not enough staff, those there are going as fast as they can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The one star is to the poor girl doing her best serving. Otherwise it would be zero stars or worse.
Manager clearly just an arrogant cheapskate. Cooks woeful behind demand. Gravy watery, bread stale, chips soggy, chicken seemed either woefully overcooked and small or double cooked. Staff behind counter removed masks or had them under noses.
Will never go there again, and will actively avoid KFC generally (who's direction has been nosediving to cynical profiteering and horrendous quality over recent years, so the fault isn't ENTIRELY with the newer crop of franchisees).
A shame really, as I grew up with Kentucky Fried, loved it! So disappointed to see the brand head this way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered online today at 5.30 and looked forward to our dinner. By 7pm we still hadn't received our order. Phoned and were told that the order hadn't been picked up as the driver hadn't turned up. We were promised they would redo the order and get it to us. The time is now 8pm and when we phoned we found that the order hadn't been picked up by the driver and would we pick it up. What a joke. Bad service. Never again will we order again online. Someone should take a good look at their service.
